At World Retina, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application Guida, which uses the camera and GPS functionality on your device. 

When you use our app, we may collect the following types of information: 

• Camera data: We may access the camera on your device to take photos and videos, which may be used for various purposes within the app and the services powering the app, such as recognizing and identifying objects and scenes in the camera’s field of view, detecting surroundings and locations or usage for enhancements of the services we provide. Usages also can include creating user profiles, crating user content or sharing content with others upon use’s request. We will not share any photos or videos taken with the camera on your device with any third parties without your express consent. 
• GPS data: We may access your device’s GPS functionality to determine your location and provide location-based services. We may use this information to show you optimized and relevant content, such as nearby events or businesses. We will not share your location information with any third parties without your express consent. 

We may also collect and use other types of information, including but not limited to: 

• Data from third-party analytics and advertising companies: we may use data from these companies to analyze user behavior, improve our app and serve targeted advertisements. You can opt-out of targeted advertisements by adjusting the settings on your device. 
• Data from cookies and other similar technologies: we may use cookies and other similar technologies to personalize your experience, remember your preferences, and track usage of our app. 
• Data for security and fraud prevention: we may use your data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other malicious activity, and to ensure the security of our systems. 

Access, Control and Correction of Personal Information: Users can access, update, or delete their personal information at any time by contacting us at info@worldretina.com 

Opt-Out of Communications: Users can opt-out of receiving communications from our app or company by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails or by contacting us at info@worldretina.com. 

Children’s Personal Information: Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible. 

Data Breaches and Security Incident: In case of a data breach or security incident, we will promptly notify affected users and authorities as required by law. 

International Data Transfers: We may transfer user’s data to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected. In such cases, we will ensure that the data is transferred in accordance with this privacy policy and as permitted by applicable laws. 

This policy may be updated from time to time, please check this page regularly to keep yourself informed of any changes. 

For iOS Users: 

• We will not collect any data from the HealthKit framework on your device without your express consent. 
• We will not use any data from the iAd framework to serve you targeted advertisements without your express consent. 
• We will not share any data from your device with any third-party analytics or advertising companies without your express consent. 
• Our app may use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) provided by Apple to serve you targeted advertisements. If you prefer not to receive targeted advertisements, you can opt out of this by adjusting the settings on your device. 

• We take your privacy seriously and are fully compliant with Apple’s App Store guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns about our use of data on iOS devices, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@worldretina.com. 

For Android Users: 

• We will not collect any data from the Google Play Services framework on your device without your express consent. 
• We will not share any data from your device with any third-party analytics or advertising companies without your express consent. 
• Our app may use the Advertising Identifier (AAID) provided by Google to serve you targeted advertisements. If you prefer not to receive targeted advertisements, you can opt out of this by adjusting the settings on your device. 

• We take your privacy seriously and are fully compliant with Google Play’s developer policies. If you have any questions or concerns about our use of data on Android devices, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@worldretina.com.  
• By using our app, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our app.
